- Determine customer wants and execute sales activities to meet these up to customer’s satisfaction.
- Attend to customers within set sales procedure.
- Maintain appropriate setting of merchandise, customer services, to project the company’s image of professionalism and excellence.
- Possess extensive knowledge of products put for sales and be ready at all times to offer complete product information.
- Be prepared to overcome sales objections.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Comply faultlessly with the set policies and procedures regarding sales administration.
- Report on customer requests to immediate superior who will in turn see that these requests are met.
- Gather market intelligence and report periodically as per management’s instructions.
