Job Objective
Sell actively Mercedes-Benz products to support the company sales volume and gross profit target. Perform the sales process in a dedicated, service oriented and professional manner according to the company policies and the Mercedes-Benz brand image to achieve high customer satisfaction. Actively follow sales leads and successfully acquire new customers and develop long-term customer relationship.
Scope of Responsibility
1. Sales Process
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers who enter the showroom according to Mercedes-Benz brand image.
- Assist the customers in selecting a Mercedes-Benz product by in-depth needs analysis.
- Explain vehicle performances, product details, features and benefits according to Mercedes-Benz sales process.
- Offer and assist the customer in test drive according to Mercedes-Benz sales process.
- Ensure accurate title transfer of trade-in vehicles and related documentation according to government regulations.
- Ensure smooth completion of sales contract and witness customer signature.
- Promote and up sell Mercedes-Benz products and services (e.g. Mercedes-Benz Collection).
2. Auto Financing and Insurance Sales Support
- Assist customer in auto financing and insurance related requirements.
3. Customer Vehicle Delivery
- Facilitate that relevant paperwork, car registration and/or insurance documentation is completed according to the company policies.
- Organize hand-over process in cooperation with handover specialist according to the dealership policy.
- Introduce the customer to the After-Sales department.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern according to the company policies and complaint management process.
- Implement customer lifecycle follow-up measures to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a prospect development system (Autoline) and participate in local business networking activities.
5. Information Management
- Facilitate prompt update of customer database and records with sales information in Autoline.
6. Learning and Development
- Share knowledge and best practices about the respective specialized product area with the other Sales Executives.
- Familiarize regularly about new Mercedes-Benz and competitor products, features and accessories.
7. Compliance
- Avoid conflicts of interest between your daily work and personal affairs and maintain a culture in which ethical conduct is recognized, respected and promoted.
- Respect and comply with the local law and Daimler rules, regulations, voluntary commitments and internal policies.
