STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
• Actively contribute to the formulation of corporate business strategies and also to help in the process of tracking the progress of business plans on a regular basis.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
• Develop and implement long and short range marketing plans and budgets including revenue projections and budgets to achieve the overall objectives of developing the company in to a renowned brand.
• Explore opportunities of alliances and partnership with internationally renowned organizations.
• Explore avenues of inorganic growth by conducting feasibility studies for mergers and acquisitions
• Analyze and recommend a competitive pricing structure.
• The Position holder has to actively coordinate with the Divisional Heads effectively enough to ensure that all marketing and business development activities are directed towards achieving maximum results without duplicating efforts.
DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMENT
• Ensure the organization structure for the departments reporting to the Position Holder are maintained with appropriate staffing levels and the operating systems and processes are aligned to the business objectives.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• In liaison with HR, to help drive various employees' satisfaction initiatives to motivate and maintain high performance among the staff.
• Drive the performance management process to ensure that every employee is aligned to and contributes effective to achievement of departmental goals.
