- Carrying out investigations independently as and when required.
- Conducting risk assessment of key departments or functional areas in required timeline in contracting and investment companies.
- Conducting strict tests of specific areas and contract reviews (constructions and service contracts) with assessing the financial risks and exposures.
- Preparing audit programs and conducting the internal audit of various functions.
- Independently supervising the policies and procedures and gap analysis compared with professional practices.
- Having massive experience in contracting and construction contracts in Kuwait and outside Kuwait.
- Experienced in oil and gas and KOC, KNPC and KGOC contracts.
- Reporting transparently and objectively on ad hoc basis and regularly.
