1- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management system and safety and recreation program.
2- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview selected applicants and forward them to upper
management.
3- Establish the IMS- based on 9001,22000,14001 & 18001 training plan and conduct the training and annual vacation plan.
4- Participates in management review meetings, as and when required.
5- Identify and record any problems with regard to processes and the IMS-HACCP FS System as well and training HACCP and applying those standards on all company employees.
6- Makes arrangement for the IMS- HACCP training of new personnel.
7- Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development;
8- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met according to IMS standards;
9- Keeping record of all health, safety, legal and security issues of employees;
10- Updating the Upper Management on employees’ performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
11- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between candidates and reflecting the overall picture to the Upper Management.
12- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities
for promotion and employee benefits.
13- Advice manager in organization IMS policy and other company policies matter such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommends needed change.
14- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements in regards to IMS requirement.
15- Serve as a link between management and employee by handling questionnaires, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
16- Analyze training needs to design Employee Development Program (EDP). Provide language training and health and safety programs.
17- Maintain records & assemble statistical reports concerning Employee-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absence rates.
18- Prepare salaries and bonuses for deserving employees.
19-Maintain all paper work related to IMS-ISO standard.
