The Role: As a Sales Associate you will work as an individual and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximise sales. You will also ensure that the brand is represented at the required standards, you have up-to-date product knowledge and that stock loss risks are minimised.
- Help customers find the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible.
- Suggesting products, explaining how products work, demonstrating how to use products, performing makeovers, and operating the cash register.
- Meet sales goals, build customer relations through follow-up calls and mailings, recruit new customers, order new products, handle door-to-door sales, and manage inventory.
