DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To create Purchase requisitions
2. To coordinate with Suppliers about the deliveries which are related to branches by phone call, emails and visits.
3. To communicate with Region Lab Directors to provide the delivery status of ordered materials.
4. To source new Vendors in region such as furniture suppliers, IT suppliers, Lab consumable vendors etc.
5. To purchase the urgent requirements from the region markets for branches.
6. To inspect and arrange the region Stores as per Company Policies and Procedures.
7. To report to Supply Chain Manager on periodic basis.
8. To utilize ZME2L SAP Report to track the deliveries.
