Looking for someone who can manage the operation of the Quality Control (QC) functions on project site by preparing and implementing components of Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to Organization Quality Control procedures.
JOB OBJECTIVES
1. To supervise and manage all QA/QC functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions.
2. To identify/access the QC requirement for the project (Ex. Resources, procedures, documentation etc., ) and liaise with Project QC Manager/ Operation and QC Department for its compliance.
3. To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
4. To interface and coordinate with Operation and Clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
• To apply knowledge and experience in all QC related activities in Plumbing, HVAC, static& rotating equipment installation, Firefighting system and Painting.
