• Overall responsibility of running the Area Restaurants and other related activities
• Assist Operations Manager setting operational
budgets and yearly targets & motivate staff constantly and continuously to achieve them.
• Should monitor closely and continuously the
activities of his Area Shop managers and ensure smooth running operations of the restaurants.
• Ensuring that Area Shops employees are professionally supervised and motivated
• Managing the home delivery process and assets
• Controlling the finance of the restaurant (food cost, paper cost, cash, expenses) .
• Ensure Operations execution meets Company standard rules and customer expectations.
• Focus for team member development is to be planned periodically. Turnover targets to be achieved.
• Doing professional visit reports to his units and making the needed follow up with the concerned departments to ensure the operation excellence.
• Effectively communicates with Support Services department to achieve maximum support to the
restaurant. Operation Managers to be kept informed on all communication.
• Ensure execution of training at the restaurant level through training audits and active participation in unit training activities.
• Schedule & Plan effective use of time effectively. (Daily, Weekly and monthly Planner).
